Audio of Larry Craig’s arrest. He’s not gay, but he sure is a neat freak

Poor Larry. He’s not sure what hand his wedding ring is on, but when he uses a public washroom he sure like to tidy up while doing his business!

Some interesting tidbits from the transcript of the interview between the arresting officer and Larry Craig.

Officer: Okay
Craig: I sit down, um, to go to the bathroom and ah, you said our feet bumped. I believe they did, ah, because I reached down and scooted over and um, the next thing I knew, under the bathroom divider comes a card that says Police. Now, um, (sigh) that’s about as far as I can take it. I don’t know of anything else. Ah, your foot came toward mine, mine came towards yours, was that natural? I don’t know. Did we bump? Yes, I think we did. You said so. I don’t disagree with that.

Officer: Um, you you’re skipping some parts here, but what what about your hand?
Craig: What about it? I reached down, my foot like this. There was a piece of paper on the floor, I picked it up.

First of all, who the hell has to “scoot” to sit on the toilet? I thought it was an aiming thing when one sits down on the toilet!
Secondly, who the hell picks ANYTHING up off the floor of a public bathroom, let alone a piece of paper?

Larry should have realized that he was digging himself a deeper hole and gave up.

Larry Craig, like Paul Wolfowitz is another politician who believes he has done nothing wrong and will attempt to keep his job by any means possible. One other thing; read the transcript and take note of how many times Craig says “I don’t recall.” Seem familiar?
It must be rule number one in the Loyal Bushie scandal handbook of always replying to a question with “I don’t recall!”

Good luck to you Larry when the next election roles around!

Senator Craig states “I’m not Gay.” Then why the guilty plea?

Idaho Senator Larry Craig is trying to cram himself back in the closet, but he is finding out that once the cat is out of the bag, it’s pretty hard to get it back in.

Craig was arrested by an undercover officer in a Minneapolis airport washroom on June 11. The arresting officer claimed Craig had engaged in actions “often used by persons communicating a desire to engage in sexual conduct.” Craig then signed his plea of guilty papers on Aug. 1.

Now with his political career on the line he is claiming he is not gay. He declared, “I am not gay. I never have been gay.” “I did nothing wrong at the Minneapolis airport,” he said at a news conference with his wife, Suzanne, at his side.

Yeah right Larry, sure you are not gay, whatever you say! If he’s not gay, then why did he plead guilty to lewd conduct in a men’s room?

If one is not guilty of what he is accused of, then you would expect him to deny the charges, not admit to them. Even Michael Vick figured that out, eventually!

Alberto Gonzales resigns. He too hits the road

Sanity must be starting to settle in amongst the “Loyal Bushies” who once surrounded President Bush like a cheap suit from Sears. One by one, they have all left his side.

Gonzales has repeatedly said he would never resign. Even yesterday (Sunday) afternoon when rumors were circulating around Washington about his resignation, he denied them.

So his threats thankfully were just talk. The chilling words of “I’m not going to resign. I’m going to stay focused on protecting our kids.” And “sprint to the finish line” to “accomplish all the goals that are important to me.” And of course, “I will stay as long as I feel I can be effective, and I believe I can be effective.”

All words having no meaning or substance, but that is exactly what we have come to expect from Mr. Gonzales during his reign as Attorney General.

Let’s hope that the next AG has some balls to stand up to Bush and Cheney and uphold the laws of the Constitution. It’s the least that we expect!

As far as Bush and Cheney go, it must be getting lonely in the West Wing!

Neo-Conservative Freak Show is in town

Somebody left the door open at the Neo-Conservative loony bin and now there are Neo-Con freaks running around shooting their mouths off and waving assault rifles in the air! Sound like an over-used movie plot? Wrong, it was actually at a Ted Nugent concert.

At an August 21st concert, Ted “I’m a bad-ass loser” Nugent let his right-wing views all hang out with a barrage of insults aimed towards Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama while waiving what looks like a machine gun and an assault rifle in the air.

During his tirade he called Sen. Barack Obama a “piece of shit” and referring to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton as a “worthless bitch.” If that wasn’t classy enough, he then went on to say he told Obama “to suck on my machine gun” and says he told Clinton “you might want to ride one of these into the sunset.” And if your thinking that he’s a man that walks his talk, read here about what kind of draft dodging “Man” he is.

He’s a coward that should keep his pie hole shut and put his toy rifles back in his pants. First Limbaugh now Nugent two real class asses speaking up for the Republicans. I wonder who the next Neo-Con freak is going to appear and regale us with their intelligence?

Cheney was right 15 years ago, so what happened to change his mind?

The time was 1992, Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense and he was asked why the US didn’t go after Saddam after the liberation of Kuwait. His response was a good one; it was also the correct one. So what happened to make him change his mind?

1: Pacemaker malfunction? Unlikely
2: Drugs, either starting or stopping? Maybe
3:Power? Definitely
4:Corruption? Absolutely

This video is another powerful example why this man needs to be impeached NOW!
