President Bush, self proclaimed “education president” is at it again! In an attempt to urge Congress to reauthorize the “No Child Left Behind Act”, he spoke to a group of New York school children on Wednesday and proudly proclaimed, “Childrens do learn.”

This moron has had almost eight years of running the U.S.; one would think he might have picked up an English lesson or two along the way. Online learning, correspondence school or something!

Did anybody check his resume before voting this fool into public office?
