Sen. Larry Craig says he will file an appeal Monday over a judge’s refusal to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea stemming from his arrest in an airport bathroom sex sting.

As you remember Craig tried to withdraw his plea a few weeks ago, but a Minnesota Judge refused saying Craig’s plea “was accurate, voluntary and intelligent, and … supported by the evidence.”

What part of “Guilty” doesn’t Craig understand?

After the Senate Ethics Committee hearing is finished humiliating him in public, he should then crawl into the bathroom stall of obscurity and be forgotten about.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has failed this country. Her above statement proves it.

Her inability as House Speaker to stand up to Bush by shutting down his illegal war in Iraq and bringing our troops home is a travesty. Her “New Direction Agenda” hasn’t been going in the right direction.

It’s Time for a change Nancy. Time for someone who backs up their talk with action. Say hello to your replacement:

Ralph Nader was giving a speech on October 11 during a fundraiser for DemocracyRising. During the speech he tells of Democratic Congressman John Olver explain why Bush cannot be impeached.

Olver explains that if impeachment proceedings were started against Bush, he believes that Bush would begin a military attack against Iran then declare martial law.

Could this just be paranoia on the part of Congress, or is it something that could truly happen?

As Nader says, “If this is true, it’s a lot worse than we thought!”

I almost had a wreck today as I listened to CNN explain how a boy’s mother has been arrested for buying him firearms! WTF is wrong with this woman? No really, WTF?

A fourteen year old boy who was arrested on Wednesday confessed to police he was planning a “Columbine type attack” at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School in suburban Philadelphia. This is disturbing enough, especially after the recent shootings at a Cleveland High School. The shooter, Asa Coon was also 14.

Hot on the heals of this tragedy, police found in the boy’s bedroom three homemade grenades packed with black powder and BB’s. Also a variety of air-powered guns, modeled to look like the real thing, over 30 knives, and a real genuine 9mm semi automatic. A 14 year old with a 9mm, which was purchased by the mother then given to the boy!

I”m not a psychologist but there has to be some sort of mental retardation, or other chemical imbalance inside this so-called “Mother’s” head to think it would be OK to buy her son weapons. Either way this woman needs to be taken out back and slapped around until she smartens up!

Its easy to see why the moral fabric of society might be coming unraveled with mothers like this raising their children the way she does. Pitiful!
