After years of listening to politicians claim how safe Iraq is nowadays, a tourist guide has been published for tourists, by tourists.

Oh, happy day!

All sarcasm aside, the authors provide a glimpse of the buildings and their history which is fascinating. If one does feel the need to actually travel to Baghdad for themselves, the warnings on page 3 should be enough to change your mind.

Unless of course you’re a US diplomat forced to due time by your bosses.
