What better homage to the animal the forthcoming year is dedicated to in the Chinese Calendar, but to eat it!
It’s not only the Chinese that tend to eat anything and everything that walks, crawls, slithers or swims. The Taiwanese want a piece of that culinary action too.
At least it’s not shark fins!
