Bush’s Actions Above the Law, Says U.S. Supreme Court

Not even the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land will investigate the legality of Bush’s warrantless domestic spying program.

The ACLU had asked the court to make clear that Bush does not have the power under the U.S. Constitution to engage in intelligence surveillance within the United States that Congress has expressly prohibited.

If the Supreme Court won’t stand up for the Constitution, and Congress won’t defend it either, no wonder its been a free for all for Bush to walk all over it the past seven years.
