Hillary Confused About ‘Hard’ and ‘Irrelevant’ Questions
Hillary Clinton is now making the claim that Obama is ‘complaining’ about the hard questions he received during Tuesday night’s debate, as her new attack platform. In typical Hillary rhetoric, she is stating that the tough questions they received during the debate is nothing like the pressures you face inside the White House. You know how the rest of the story goes. “It’s hell in the White House, sniper fire everywhere, phone ringing constantly, etc etc, and she’s the only one qualified to handle the chaos. Yeah, we’ve heard it all too often from her, we get the point!
What Hillary calls ‘hard’ and ‘tough’ questions, the rest of America probably calls them old, re-hashed, irrelevant, silly, time wasting, already been there, questions. The first part of the debate was merely asking Obama questions that had already been asked of him dozens of times before. Nothing of relevance was asked of the candidates until the end of the debate, and by that time I, and probably many others were sick and tired of hearing about ‘Wright-Gate’, ‘Bitter-Gate’, ‘Sniper-Gate’, ‘Flag Pin-Gate’, and the like.
This is not the fault of the candidates themselves, but rather a piss poor job of the moderating team of Bert and Ernie. A real opportunity was wasted by ABC News during this debate to get real answers for real, substantive, relevant questions, if only they were asked. But they weren’t. I’m surprised Stephanopoulos didn’t ask Hillary if she liked puppies as one of her questions!
Hard Questions? No. Irrelevant questions? Yes. There is a difference, maybe not to Hillary, but to the rest of us there is.
