McCain is Still Stuck in the 50’s
As reported by Think Progress, John McCain claims besides “opening up employers to lawsuits,” the reason he is against the Fair Pay Act is because women simply need “education and training.”
“They need the education and training, particularly since more and more women are heads of their households, as much or more than anybody else,” McCain said. “And it’s hard for them to leave their families when they don’t have somebody to take care of them.
As McCain leaves himself swinging from the rope he just put around his neck, I have a few questions. 1) Is he smoking crack? 2) Just what year exactly does he think we are living in? 3) Can he say “Do you want fries with that?” because his presidential run should be over.
I think John will need to use two of his “senior moment” cards to get out of this one! There’s a big difference between a woman who stays home and manges the household because she wants too, as opposed to the woman who enters the work force to earn a living!
What a putz.
